In the second floor, you can find the guest bedroom, family room and master bedroom. All these areas face the courtyard allowing them a good view of the outdoor landscaping especially that glass sliding partitions are used. Meanwhile, you can see a single studio space in the third floor area with access to two roof terraces. The front terrace provides views of the city while the back terrace opens to the mountains. Since the house is located along a busy street, only few windows were placed on the facade to add privacy to the home.

We can see them in the curtains, the pillows, the area carpet and the decors. White basically neutralizes all these colors to be able to mix perfectly.

Because of the glass windows, the bedroom has a good amount of natural light in it. I love the simplicity of this bedroom with an addition of blue colors for the bench.

The back wall can be devoted entirely to clean-up and an ample landing space on both sides of the range is ideal for meal prep. The pantry and refrigerator occupy the opposite wall, centralizing food storage. With a clear distinction between prep areas and the clean-up zone, a U-shape kitchen is ideal for multiple cooks to work simultaneously.
