This was removed and replaced with a new open tread glass and steel staircase in order to maximize the lower ground floor space. The internal walls on this floor were all removed to create an expansive and welcoming space.

It looks really nice with bricks on the walls and pavers. Once you are inside, you can see an all white foyer with decorative ceilings and a black pendant light.

A converted warehouse used to have wooden stair treads but it was replaced with sandblasted acrylic which allowed light into the lower level of the space. The interior of the warehouse has tactile pieces and a lush hit of greenery which gave it a refined and inviting feel.
