This was removed and replaced with a new open tread glass and steel staircase in order to maximize the lower ground floor space. The internal walls on this floor were all removed to create an expansive and welcoming space.

Bold in the black and white color scheme, the stairs form a backdrop to the room like a piece of art. It features a glass balustrade that runs from floor to ceiling on the outside of the staircase. Black metal plate forms the structural support for the treads.

A converted warehouse used to have wooden stair treads but it was replaced with sandblasted acrylic which allowed light into the lower level of the space. The interior of the warehouse has tactile pieces and a lush hit of greenery which gave it a refined and inviting feel.

We can see this in its use of gray metal construction elements for the roof, white painted planking and stone cladding outside. You can also see it in the interior with a single space containing the kitchen and the location of the fireplace between the dining area and living room.
